We accept all insurances and handle the paperwork for you. That means we'll fill out your claim form and hand you a stamped, addressed envelope — all you have to do is drop it in the mail. If your insurer pays us directly, we'll take care of filing on that end too.

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for any portion you pay directly. If you'd rather skip insurance altogether and pay out of pocket, just let us know and we'll go over the total up front so there are no surprises.
